I blame that old ass c00n James Clyburn for carrying water for Biden. If Biden was never the nominee, Trump would have probably won the 2nd term but we would be wrapping this shyt up. Not only Biden. It also says a LOT about Democrat leadership. They pressed progressive members of congress to either bend the knee or simply get them out of their seat. When they WANT to get shyt done, they have shown they could do it. So in this instance (and others), Manchin and Sinema are only doing what Democrats allow them to do. Everything happens for a reason. The only thing that has happened over the last 4 years, Democrats didn't have control over or manipulate was Harris being endorsed by Biden. So every time Manchin and Sinema blocked a bill, it was because Democrats wanted it to be blocked.

The Democrats need to figure out how to expand the Senate map. Their ceiling is only 52. GOP can get to 62.

They only had 50-50 with VP Kamala as the tie breaker for the first two years and a 51-49 the next two years.

It’s actually incredible that we got the American Rescue Plan, Inflation Reduction Act, and all of Biden’s good populist appointments in during this four years (2021-2025) the Dems had the majority in the U.S. Senate and from 2021-2023 in the U.S. House.

But Manchin and Sinema killed these appointments for NLRB and the $3.5 trillion Build Back Better bill that would have helped so many families.

The GOP is coming in with 53-47. Thankfully Baldwin won in WI, Slotkin won in MI, Gallego won in AZ and Rosen won in NV.

The GOP was close to getting 56 seats!!

You could say the same for Obama with Lieberman and the public option which is how got the ACA which is practically 2% change considering the supermajority the Dems held. The reality is the donors and Biden himself did not want the full build back better proposal. So if it wasn't Manchin and Sinema it would have been someone else.
