That bill is a stain on Biden and a lot of people’s legacy whether you’re willing to admit or not. It decimated the black with ramifications still being set today. Biden should not get a pass for it just so we can get Trump out of office. You can still vote for Biden while also thinking that the bill was fukked up and a negative in his legacy.
Good intentions or not, the ramifications of that bill should have been seen beforehand especially how blacks have been treated since the beginning of time. Laws have always been created to fukk us over in the end, so why would that one have been any different?
