I guess you didn’t read the part in the article where it says in bold:
“Elizabeth Warren would be a highly capable vice president. But politically, she might not be the best pick.”

I just don’t see what keisha lance bottoms brings to the ticket besides possibly winning Georgia. He already has the black vote shored up. I don’t know her politics either so not sure if she has enough political experience. Isn’t this her first term?

Yeah this is her first time. I think the people are just ready for a fresh face on the national scale. Everyone knows Kamala, Liz, Amy. How about pulling someone outside of DC to energize the base. Kind of like the Sarah Palin effect, but better, :yeshrug:

klobuchar or Stacey can help him win states that are iffy tho. Californias a given already. We’ll see tho i guess. :yeshrug:

does Kamala really got the juice like that on a national level?
Stacey hasn’t won a statewide race in Georgia so how can she deliver it to Biden?

I can’t understand the logic. Abrams hasn’t been higher than state rep but then Kalama having national juice is a question :gucci:

Stacey nearly won and became the first black female governor in history, and lost from Kemp’s voter suppression, georgia is close to purple at this point.

klobuchar can help deliver the midwest

California is a lock for blue so:yeshrug:

thats why im asking. Thanks for the answer:ehh:

Enthusiast. There is a major question whether Black people will vote in the numbers necessary for Biden to when. Lance Bottoms wouldn’t be one of my top choices, but I would be ok with it. She is really good on TV. She was one of Biden’s best surrogates. She doesn’t have the baggage of bad prosecutions like Kamala or Klobuchar, and she is much more visually appealing than Abrams which unfortunately is a factor. I stated why Abrams is not a good choice in the past.

Lance Bottoms might be able to give Biden the excitement that his campaign is missing. But my top three choices would be Duckworth, Pressley or Baldwin. Unfortunately it doesn’t loom like he will go with my top three, so Lance Bottoms is my top choice out of the names that been seriously mentioned.

She is kinda bad though:shaq:

Why don’t you agree with abrams? Duckworth would def win us Wisconsin but I think she was born outside of the US. Pressley is another good choice but I think she should get some more experience before then.

Duckworth was born in Thailand but her father was a US citizen. I think her father was working at the US Embassy or something like that. Because of that I believe she can still run. It is similar to the Ted Cruz situation. Cruz was born in Canada but his father was a US citizen, so he was still able to run for president.

As far as Abrams she didn’t do as well as you might think in her governors race. She did great with Black women but she only performed average with Black men. Her connection with Bloomberg make me look at her real funny style. It not just the $5 million she took from him. It is how she wouldn’t criticize him on Stop and Frisk. I haven’t been impressed with her tv interviews. Some people might say I’m being superficial, but if she was serious she would lost weight. If anything she gained weight. This was the same conversation people was having about that fat fukk Chris Christie. Because of Biden’s obvious mental decline you don’t want a VP that could have potential health problems. The GOP will make a big deal out of her medical records. She is not just big but she is obese. Being that big she probably have hypertension, diabetes, or some type of heart issue. If Biden don’t make it through his first term (which is a real possibility), you want the VP to be healthy, because next in the chain to become president is the speaker of the house. And if If the GOP were to take back the house we would be in deep trouble.

Lance Bottoms is a nice looking older woman:ehh:

I just don’t see where KLB causes excitement in the campaign. She has done really well on TV related to COVID-19 but part of that is that she being presented as the counter to Kemp so there is a narrative there. I don’t see how that translates to national politics. At the same time the limits off being only a mayor are on fully display right now. She’s essentially been sidelined and out ranked by the Mayor so she’s been reduced to the sidelines from a political action perspective.

In fairness I don’t know that any of the choices cause visible excitement outside of Liz. She’s about the only one with energy, a brand (some good and some bad) and the ability to speak to policy with energy.
