I don’t think he’s still mad about the debate by any measure we can tell. He’s held more than his fair share of fundraisers with Harris. Beyond that he could have tamped down her being a high profile Veep candidate at any point and made her sweat and he hasn’t.

Very true. People are saying he's still going to pick, but why? It seems all his close friends (friends, not colleagues) like Rendell and Dodd don't like her. These are the people Joe knows best. I think he should have not allowed these leaks, but too many people are saying the same thing. Also, his wife and sister do not like her either.
If he picks her than he likes her and of course that’s what most important. As far as Rendell and Dodd none of them have been a VP or in his position. That’s a little lost here, he’s that guy and he was part of a successful partnership. Historically there have been a lot tickets where the pairing was unlikely or they had a previously adversarial relationship.

i am actually disappointed in Joe
he is one shytty scandal away from this being a close race and he is allowing these leaks to flow unabated. He could have keep the leaks inhouse and still not chosen Kamala, it's still his choice at the end of the day.
If this is any representation on how he will govern this will be a shytshow.
