Biden is running strong with black people already, he doesn't need to double down. A VP should either be a "do no harm" pick or one that fires up the base. In Biden's case he needs someone who fires up the base. Is anyone out there like that?

Andrew Gillum is black and would no doubt fire up the base...but is he qualified to be president? Probably not.
