When Biden first announced his candidacy numerous women came forward with allegations of inappropriate touching and sexual harassment. Apparently this woman came forward then in a local newspaper and was accused of being a Russian asset so she backed off. She also stated that, while she didn't go to the police, she informed people that it happened at the time that it happened and she apparently had witnesses. She decided she was going to try to come forward again and was trying to get support from #metoo but that didn't work out because the group didn't want to get involved in a political campaign.
