And then he got elected President. And the Democrats had the votes in Congress. They had the votes. Don't listen to the nerds' excuses, they had enough votes.

And then... they didn't do it. They chose not to do it. They said they were going to do it, they chose not to. And when he was asked about this publicly, President Obama said, "Well, that is not a legislative priority."
