Obama had a GOP majority House and a GOP majority Senate for 6 out the 8 years in Congress. Plus it was Ginsburg that refused to step down when Obama himself asked her to. He was a Lame Duck president that could get nothing done, due to the Constitution and how the branches of government are done.
The reason we paid for the Post-Obama era is because contrarians refused to vote in 2016 gotten us Trump and a GOP majority government. The "don't vote" people doomed America with that stance at a time when we needed more people to vote on the federal level. Because of the inactions of 2016, we are still feeling it in 2023 by the Supreme Court.
And From what I recall, more people are voting than ever before for Dems after the Roe vs Wade decision last year. Now that affirmative action is on the chopping block, you think that people are gonna listen to 2016 ineffective strategies?
