Short day, as soon as I came in and took my cover off, supervisor calls me into the office with Chief (E-7/Senior Enlisted for non-military people, who my supervisor answers to) and I'm already smelling some bullshyt is about to happen. These nikkas hate drama and they already know I'm when it comes to this shyt so they said that I have to email dude since the wife wasn't going to apparently.

Military emails have a signature at the bottom usually as a way to tell whoever is getting the email who you are, what your title is, etc. This is important because I forgot to remove that in the email, so the whole thing just came off unintentionally cold.

Basically went like this:

"AN/SN/FN X,

Regretfully, your wife came in and admitted that she cheated on you with Y. She has a belly bump, so I'm pretty sure she is pregnant. Considering what happened and the fact that there was a previous deployment, I wouldn't be surprised if your first child could be his as well. We're here to support you with anything you need."

With CACs, that usually don't take long. When I was going through Boot Camp, this dude in my platoon got one of THOSE letters and tried to escape from Parris Island that night. Almost made it to the bridge connecting PI to the mainland.​

We were going to graduate in 4 days after being there a total of 13 weeks.....​

I dont think itll get to that point. As far as I know, they dont even have joint bank accounts and his house is under his name. If he plays his cards right, he can could actually get out of this with no bread lost.

Paternity test on both kids, save all that documentation, file for divorce with adultery charge, show paperwork of said infidelity (paternity test) and he could get away with no worse for wear.

Some guys never want to be home. They love being on the road or tdy. Some of the guys I had to put them on the bench for a little because I didn’t want them to use the military as an excuse for their divorce. For the ones who want to leave again right after coming back, I sit them down to make sure home is good and make sure their family is alright. The OP’s story happens a lot. I never seen the pregnancy part, but a lot of divorces happen on deployment

I was stationed at El Toro, used to do Rifle Qual at SD. We called our Enlisted barracks "The Castle". A three-story coed dormitory with laundromats, rec rooms, etc. We didn't have to leave the base for ass.

First off take my 19 years of dealing with this bs....You shouldn't of got involved in the first place...And just tell your guy (depending on if they live on post or off post) to go ahead and set up an allotment for her that gives her the appropriate amount of BAH she is entitled to and see if you all can get him into a barracks room upon his return...It will be all up to him if he wants to go with a divorce and he will need to pay for it....Also issue an immediate no contact order to the dude who got her pregnant (hopefully he isn't in the military) and lastly don't have that thot come around your AO any more.

Dude is going to need to cool down and lets just be honest if shes already coming around pulling this shyt she will come around for any little thing...Protect him from this hoe he is already on the hook for child support for one make sure she doesn't try to put him down as the father of this other child and use his DEERS for it if the time comes and hes still under your charge.

Please do this because if this situation escalates and he does something to either one of them they will wrap you into a investigation you have to protect him from himself...Honestly I'd try to have him PCS'd.

One of my co-workers (20) decided he wanted to go on another deployment (we just got back from a 9 month deployment earlier this year) to make some more money to pay off his and his wife's loans. It was about a 4 month gap between the next deployment and the one we just got out of. No problems the first time with the two of them, she had gotten pregnant before he left, had the kid about a month after.

I understand why he did it, but at the same time I was just like "Yo, you really think this through? You just had a kid, you should be there for them and your wife. Maybe wait a year before leaving your wife for another one. "

He goes on about how they need the money and he doesn't have a choice. He eventually tries to come at me for questioning him and his family and I'm just like "Aight do you fam, just trying to give some guidance. "

Instant alarm goes blaring off in my head and I wait for him to go on, but i already know where this is heading.

I try to explain to him without full-out saying his wife is probably gonna cheat given the circumstances, but he ain't having any of it. Even goes on a tangent and is like "The world ain't black and white how you think it is, Doom. Me and my wife's relationship is stronger than ever. "

At this point, even my supervisor steps in (older breh who is real cool, might tell a story on him in the future) and is trying to talk sense into dude. My supervisor is actually cool with their family and lowkey is basically dude's father with how much knowledge he be dropping on him. Wife would come in every now and then to shoot the shyt with him.

Nothing comes of it and we just leave it alone. Dude goes out on deployment and lowkey cut off contact with us cause he was feeling a certain way.

Fast forward about 4 months, yesterday we were about to go home for the day, supervisor is giving us the rundown for how the rest of the week was gonna go. Midway through, dude's wife comes in and she has a real noticeable bump.

I was a bit optimistic and thought dude had just gotten her pregnant before he left again (he ain't shyt for doing it again ) and dont really pay too much mind. My supervisor instantly hits the .

When ole girl saw that, she breaks down. Like full on her knees crying her eyes out. Everyone at this point is just standing there like wondering what the fukk is going on. He quickly sends everyone but me out of the shop "Aight everyone see yall tomorrow. Doom, stay back a bit."

(For non-military brehs, I was told to stay back because I was the guy's immediate supervisor, just in charge of the work center. I report to the guy who runs the whole division.)

I'm just like " shyt I wanted to go home too." Come to find out, she had gotten into a bad fight over the phone with buddy like two weeks after he left saying he was abandoning her and shyt and on sitting there confused because he said wife had even okay'd him going out again.

Well she felt a type of way let the best friend who was "keeping an eye" on her and the kid blow her back out raw. I immediately busted out laughing on some andnmy supervisor just looks at me like that turns into a lowkey .

She comes from a Catholic family so abortion was out of the question. Supervisor tells her that she either tells him tomorrow or he will. She starts crying again and eventually leaves.

Will update once I get out of work today on what happened.
