You need to ditch Peel Region if you're looking for PAWGS. Noticed alot of Brownies last time I hit up West 50. Would probably have better luck at Body English but it'll be filled with youngins.

King St. West is your safest bet Downtown (Brant/Dolce/Cheval). Hell even those clubs up on Queen/Osgoode are filled with PAWGS last I checked a few weeks ago.

Even if you just stand around Bremner/Spadina you'll catch a bunch of PAWGs leaving those condos, lol.
