Yeah Bron fukked up pushing for JJ.Sometimes you do need outside thinkers with fresh ideas and clarity who haven't been through the system and picked up other coaches traits and bad habits. The only issue is if JJ is a success is that other GM/Franchises will see if they can hire a coach who hasn't done their apprenticeship either. Copycat league and all that.

In terms of W/L, it could work. Issue is that white owners now have a way of pushing unqualified white boys into coaching spots. Black men are going to have to grind their azz off while some slick talking good shooting white boy can just walk into a top job.
Brehs in all sports need to focus on offensive strategies. We tend to focus on defense in boxing, football, hoops, baseball etc....but the money goes to those who make it easier for athletes to hit homers, score TDs and get buckets.
