Some players turned analyst handle the newfound fame well, see Tony Romo, Ryan Clark, Swagu. They remain the same version of what made them pop

Some tho…it quickly gets to their head. Kendrick Perkins was a favorite of mine for about a month bc he was funny…now he’s unwatchable thinking he’s always right, deebo’ing every debate, all while not even being able to get a coherent sentence out.

JJ Reddikk started as a breathe of fresh air to combat hot take culture….but now he’s just pompous and embarrassingly dikk rides the current players side in every debate. All while acting holier than thou, rolling his eyes n shyt

We can't ignore the Barkleys and Shaqs of the world with a platform to shyt on JJ's generation.

He should be given the opportunity to buss back.

I like Kendrick Perkins. Unintentionally hilarious broadcaster :dead: :dead: :dead:

I actually don't mind JJ Reddikk. He goes overboard sometimes though. Wouldn't mind if he becomes a main co host to Stephen A Smith. They got good chemistry on TV

That’s the problem, Shaq and Barkley are legends. JJ reddikk is jj reddikk. So it’s not equal ground. It evokes a feeling of talking shyt on behalf of @anotherman. :scust: I don’t respect it. Same with Draymond.

Like get me somebody who was at a certain level. let Tmac talk that shyt. Paul pierce. I’m not with role players speaking for their generation

Shaq/Barkley are on TV every week. And barely know wtf is going on with the league.

KD be wanting to fry these dudes, but outta respect he throw little jabs on Twitter.

Everybody under 40 is just tired of hearing how physical the 80s were.

lol trust me I was on my groupchat hyping kendrick Perkins as a star from jump and it happened but now hes taking himself too seriously. And you can tell when ESPN puts the word out that somebody is protected from high. Any time he makes a take nobody gives pushback :pachaha::snoop:

JJ was cool but same thing, now he’s too serious and while folk are talkin he makes faces like they’re complete dumbasses. it ruins it. ‘Embrace debate’ only works when you think they actually fw each other or at least respect each others intellect.

Imagine Michael cooper, who played in an era where the majority of players worked the floor at Home Depot as a side job, locking up a supremely skilled modern day NBA athlete like JJ Reddikk :mjlol:

-the coli
Like Cooper said he can't do shyt without a pic so cut it out :mjlol:
