-Was 4 minutes away from not even making the Playoffs. Down against CHI with less than 4 mins remaining. Ends up winning the game. Entered the Playoffs as the 8 seed
-Took Down the team with the best record in the league. DPOY candidates Jrue Holiday and Brook Lopez. Both were 1st team all-defense. Jrue was voted by the players as the best perimeter defender in the league. Jimmy Packed them up in 5
-Play against the Knicks. Injured his ankle in the 1st game. Managed to come back and pack up the Knicks in 6 games
-Went up against the Celtics. Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown are both All-NBA players. Tatum was a top 5 MVP candidate. Had the 2nd best record in the league, and was looking to get to the finals again. They were much better and much more experienced than they were in 2018. Heat won in 7
-Became the first 8 seed to make the finals in a full 82 game season, including 2 play-in games. Historic
-Lets not forget: the heat lost Herro, Oladipo, and Gabe Vincent also rolled his ankle in the middle of the celtics series. The Second best player Jimmy had against BOS was undrafted player Caleb Martin.
-Jimmy got to the finals (and 1 game away from the finals last season) with a team of undrafted players. LeBron would be trying to trade them with picks to get another all-star on the team

LeBron's Runs:
-beating an injured 60-win hawks team full of role players and glue guys. The Budenholzer hawks, aka the Horford Hawks
-Beating the Andre Drummond Pistons
-Beating the Marcus Smart celtics in 2015
-Needing 7 games to beat the victor oladipo Pacers
-Beating the DeRozan/Lowry raptors
-Sweeping the Gilbert Arenas Wizards
-Beating the .500 Nets in R2
-The most impressive win was beating the Billups Pistons
-The Heatles isn't even worth discussing seeing as how he teamed up with 2 of the other top 10 players in the league in the primes of their careers. Not to mention they all took pay cuts to get a team of elite role players and veterans to add to the team.

If jimmy wins then yeah. But bron 07 was just as impressive.
Bron 18 too

OP is also downgrading Bron for essentially being an infinitely more effective regular season than Butler. Bron was never going to be in position to do what Butler have done, because a prime Bron was never gonna be an 8th seed even when he played on bad rosters.

Is it really that impressive when he's only been dominant in one out of three series'?

:yeshrug:

He's had some downright terrible performances after the first round. You could argue they've been half good and half bad.
it is

Bron ain't never been stuffed 11 times in a game, or get shut down by Derrick white:dead:while being a better defender, play maker and rebounder

Rookie Bron>>>>>any version of butler
meh. I've seen him chicken out of the final possession to win the game. Aaron Gordon stuffed him to close the sweep :manny:

Why do we have to rank so much? Why can't we just appreciate greatness?
That's what I'm doing. Appreciating the greatness of the Heat. What's the prollem?
