From about 2002 to 2006 he rapped about hustling constantly, but around 2006/2006 he made less and less references to it and leaned more into the best rapper alive concept and just rapping.

This diss wasn't received like "The Story Of Adidon" so there's not a major push (no pun intended) for a response.
If Drake took the L then completely ignored Push afterwards, cool. But he proceeded to do interviews, IG posts, have J Prince run interference, throw subs, etc for 4-5 years.
Basically he did everything except respond.
Meanwhile, Pusha T hasn't even acknowledged this record dropped.
