Are you serious? We'll see in October and all but to say that now is ridiculous. It reeks of being spoiled by Mariano. There's only 1 Mariano & practically every other solid closer in the league = Soriano.
Cardinals won it with one of the shyttiest pens around & a painful closer. Soriano is anything but that. He's blown 1 save & Robertson is NOT that guy...he practically admitted it anyway.

Now i'm watching this fool Soriano who got the body language of Brad Lidge...He always looks like a nervous wreck on the mound to me and his stuff is average at best...I cannot fathom this dude trying to close out a playoff game let alone a playoff series...

Soriano is fine as a closer, the position is overated anyway, I said it when Mo got hurt, and MO is prob my 2nd fav player behind Donnie and obviously best ever but the position just aint THAT important.
Yanks are actually looking like the best team in baseball right now, I dont wanna get too high but if their starters are actually this good then they could win it all. Robertson comes back he will be the setup guy and the pen will be even better.
And where is Kay now that was going on and on about Hughes not being in the rotation?

That's what's worries me because in the playoffs we live up to our lob squad reputation .hr are hard to come by and I think montero would of really helped us. We have to beat someone besides the twins
