Well yeah but Cano is batting 3rd or 4th daily (no injuries thus far) and has only 70 RBI's and is batting like .170-something with RISP :stopitslime::shaq2:
Not a good look!!

Ohhh I agree with you on Cano. I'm just saying he's not the only one to blame. It seems like nobody on this team, outside of Jeter, has been able to consistently get clutch hits all year. If we don't hit a home run, we can't score. We can't execute a bunt. We can't get a guy in from 3rd with less than 2 outs. We can't hit lefties. It's pathetic right now. Kevin Long needs to go.

No because there's literally one person that could replace him and the Yankees wouldn't promote him and that's Pena.

Idk what's going on with cano but him and Granderson bout to get paid big abd and they scare me as big parts of the future . I think I'd honestly trade Granderson pay swish and the coke head ( give him the dea Bryant security and morality clauses ) pay cano Ichiro (resign as 4th of)/ Gardner cf/ swIsher lf/1st/dh/ hamilton rf

Hamilton wouldn't work out here. Even people who love watching Hamilton play can admit that this isn't the place for him.

And no matter what happens, Ichiro's not coming back after this season. This is a clear rental.

Now shyt, if we had Vladimir Guerrero instead of Andruw Jones, we wouldn't have contact issues, but

Trade for Shin-Soo Choo in the offseason, send Granderson to the bushes, having Gardner play center and Swish left field.

Yeah it's terrible. :snoop:
Watching that 4th inning today if I'm not mistaken was :mindblown::snoop:
Stewart with two runners in scoring position with his typical lazy pop up was just aggravating.

Y'all know I'm a huge Swisher fan, but there's a reason why he doesn't already have an extension. He can't hit in the playoffs. If that didn't matter, he'd already have a long term deal. Someone's gonna overbid heavy for him this offseason. What the Yankees have to do is figure out where they can find good stop gap players for a year or two til Ma$e and Slade are ready.

Curtis I'd actually bring back. I just wouldn't entertain an extension with him. He'll be in his walk year so he has to put in work just so anyone can give him major money. Worst case scenario is that he plays exactly like this and then we let him go. Best case is that he beasts and then we consider him at RF. Regardless, the CF of the future is gonna be Mason Williams in 3 years.
