One is teeming with NFL talent and SEC pedigree, while the other is still a child as a non mid-major. Given the performance and final score, TCU's only chance at an upset was Georgia brain-farting on 2 out of every 3 plays.

When you lose that bad to the point where you were nationally eviscerated to the molecular level, that says 2 things:

1) Their Jimmies are FAR more superior to your Joes (to borrow your analogy)

2) Your only chance of winning is you playing a perfect game and (more importantly) your far superior opponent beat themselves.

The minute Georgia chose not to beat themselves was the minute that game was uncontrollably over for TCU.

Mind you, this isn't to shıt on @Born2BKing's thread, it's a fun little behind-the-curtain snippet for a sports fan to listen to. It's just to apply the brakes to anyone trying to give that speech any credence for the outcome of that game.
