More than ever. Just not for the socially awkward element.


Private house parties have been the move since like the mid-00s, the only purpose of clubs at this point is as decoys to filter out the goofy contingent.

Even though there’s a lot of talent involved behind the scenes I can’t help but think this film is going to fail simply because Kid N Play, Full Force, Groove B Chill and Tisha Campbell were all actually MUSICIANS/RAPPERS who added to the musicality of the film. At its heart, House Party is a music film.


We’ll see but i’m not holding my breath

True.. You can’t just throw anybody in the movie and call it house party lol. Quack and Offset are going to have to be Kid N Play
