The pic was to show he has a lifetime of not doing anything to help black coaches, which is what the article is about.

Here is an article earlier in the series about Clarence Shelmon:
But the whole point was click bait.

Instead of calling out Jerry....they lead with a photo and get everyone focusing on that. Considering that Bezos wants to own the Commanders and already owns the WaPo...going after the owner of their biggest rival seems "convenient."

Jerry deserves criticism 100%....but understand that this article was not written to help Black coaches and execs

That's a wild fukking claim considering that this is part of a massive series on Black coaches that the WaPo has been working on for over a year and has included interviewing 16 current and former black head coaches in person.

They've been covering a bunch of teams, not just the cowboys. You made up an entire conspiracy theory about their motives without knowing jack shyt about what they are doing. The idea that Bezos is telling his writers to go after Jerry in order to prop up a Washington team he didn't even own is silliness. The photo is a hook and a great way to demonstrate the privilege and segregation that white owners like Jerry grew up in, and definitely brings views to the article, but the article is clearly about his history with coaching hires just like all the other articles in the series.

There's more too. But you want to claim this is just about the cowboys and they aren't trying to help black coaches?

The true gm for the cowboys. But they don’t follow the cowboys just Jerry and his antics.

They're talking about tge Cowboys not hiring a Black Head Coach.

But Will McClay went from being the Head Coach of their Arena team to being more powerful than both Jason Garrett and Mike McCarthy.

Mike McCarthy is on record numerous times saying he had to get things approved by Will McClay or run it through with Will McClay.

Good journalism would've got both side of the argument but it didn't fit the narrative.

SPEAK ON IT! :damn:

Coli Fake Militants want to talk about how Jerry Jones never gave a Black Coach the opportunity to advance in his organization. Well a man named Will McClay contradict that narrative.

Will McClay went from being the coach of Jerry Jones Arena Football team to being more powerful than Jason Garrett and Mike McCarthy.

Will McClay and Stephen Jones are who fired Jason Garrett.

Mike McCarthy is on record numerous times saying he had to get things approved by Will McClay or run it through with Will McClay.

Will McClay and Stephen Jones are who run the football operation of the Cowboys.

Will McClay has GM qualifications. So, what has kept him in the Cowboys front office?
