I'm holding out hope that she gets killed off rather early in the film, maybe that shot off Apoc choking her out is her end. I'm not getting up in arms until I actually see the flick

They don't even need to kill Mystique. Just recast the role...the character is a shapeshifter after all.

Romijn has kinda hit the wall from the last time I saw pictures of her.

But any young 20something actress could do the job and be millions cheaper than Lawrence.

To be fair, X2/FC/DoFP are better than Thor 2, the Iron Man sequels, the Incredible Hulk, etc. I would say that DofP is better than even Age of Ultron-- but the X-men series has yet to have a Winter Soldier level film, and I don't see the series getting there until they get some more respect for the source material and quit tossing everybody who isn't Wolverine or played by somebody into the bushes.

They're mostly well-made MOVIES, just not the best X-MEN movies.

(Except for X3 and Origins, those two were purely )
