4. Jefferson Beauregard Sessions III history as a DA, Alabama AG, and a Senator.

5. The current makeup of Congress and state legislatures.

Eric Holder's DOJ fought for Civil Rights all over the country, from black farmers to pushing for the reduction of mandatory minimums. There weren't enough facts to charge Wilson with under federal law.

Darren Wilson was never going to get convicted because the facts weren't there for a conviction. The DOJ reviewed all the evidence and wrote an 86 page report on it.
