Facts lol

Taker shoulda been done after End of an Era

Everything afterwards killed his legacy imo
The build and match with Punk was pretty good but he really should’ve called it quits after the Streak ended. He still had tons of good will left and even if the match sucked it would’ve been understood why since he got hurt during it. But he just kept going, and going, and going :francis: and it only got worse over time

Yup and I agree but this was before he actually retired. Since he retired he has stuck true to it and has not tried to come back. So far that's retiring gracefully.

Taker literally said he should've retired earlier and felt embarrassed after his match with Roman

what is wrong with some of you coli nikkas man
What don't people understand about actually retiring and thinking someone should retire? He didn't retire until Survivor Series so anything he did before then has nothing to do with retiring gracefully because he wasn't retired.

Not retiring gracefully is Ric Flair, i.e he didn't stay retired. That's what that looks like. Same goes with Mick Foley. How many times did he come back?

"Retiring gracefully" is retiring before you're washed, breh. You're the one not understanding.

What is this criteria for "retiring gracefully"? Does the person have to tell the public they are retiring soon and they are having a farewell tour?

Will that make them retire gracefully? or is it just them sticking to retirement which is what this is really about.

The whole reason I even mentioned Undertaker was because like Austin, mostly like HBK he so far has stuck to retirement. Like I said things could change then you can argue he didn't take his retirement gracefully.

Except he was bad, he knew he was bad, but kept going despite that.

He literally did not retire gracefully, I don’t know what you don’t get.

People brought up Stone Cold and HBK (even tho HBK did that Crown Jewel match) as examples of staying retired. My example was The Undertaker because so far it's true. He has stayed retired and has not tried to come out of retirement to have one more match.
