Doesn't Jim Schwartz have a job in the officiating office of the NFL now? I'd bet money Fischer helped him get that job, given their connections. It's amazing how far you can get being mediocre as long as you talk the right talk. And look the part, of course.

Cutler and Flacco are much better than Foles and Keenum. The Ravens also swept the Steelers this year.
And he beat the Seahawks twice, what's your point? Did that all with 2nd and 3rd string QBs.

I don't think he's good, but I'm surprised he has done this well with the team he has....and that's why he's not getting fired. Maybe next year.

A team that have nothing but first rounders on defense. They haven't done well. They should have better with that defense and Gurley running the ball. They would be fighting for a playoff spot with better coaching.
That's the point. He play up to competition. Doing enough to get by another season.
