Amazon provides cloud support for like 80% of the internet and that includes the government. It's scary how much they control and it's only getting worse.Amazon does have ties to the CIA, but this specifically isn't evidence of that. That's just called using debt/investor money.
Side note: The CIA does do Venture Capital investments through it's In-Q-Tel investment company, and they invested in Facebook very early on
