Jean Grey is a waste of a roster spot

She was interesting during to the original Phoenix/Dark Phoenix story, but she has always sucked before and after that. In a perfect world, Dark Phoenix Saga would've been the end of the character.

Basically this. Jean was fine until she got (seemingly) killed off at the end of the Dark Phoenix Saga. Bringing her back after only watered down the impact of her sacrifice.

I hate to say this, but they also made Storm kind of useless too. Both them characters are pretty much the strongest on the team
