And, you have been able to transfer your spotify playlists since like the second month. They explain all that on their website. It's what I did. You use spotwhiz or whatever that shyt was that I used.

Not saying that specific person but most people that say that stuff haven't even tried to switch. Not saying anyone is obligated to do so, but at least be sincere with it. I support Tidal because I like what I represents for us hip hop adults, and I was new to streaming with no ties to Spotify. I did the trial and stayed and I recommend it to my friends. I see what the vision is for it
Peope was dissing jay for Tidal and waiting for it to fail but it seems it's now starting to become a viable contender in the streaming race.
More proof Jay is the only rapper that's actually playing chess out here...while others play checkers.
Honestly, the only streaming service I would even think of having my music on at this point is Tidal...just cause.

Here is why I think Kanye's TLOP release, at the end of the day...was successful.
There was only 1 place you could listen to it in full....TIDAL. That was it. Other than that you were ripping torrents, and download rars and zip files.
But that put so much value into the product....the exclusive element to the consumer. It forces people to seek it out. If it's everywhere and anywhere it isn't as special.
