For your information Desiree was arrested in 1994 under her maiden name.
Something else to think about, according to the rumor mill, her father’s name was on the liquor license for the 40/40 club. She ran the club, but I assume with her record she couldn’t get the license in her name.

Presidential pardons are probably the most "WTF?" thing in the entire Constitution, and that's saying a whole lot. They can literally pardon anyone for anything they want as long as it's federal, who thought that was a smart/purposeful idea? Lol, smh. And they all pardon some people clearly for self-interest reasons, it's not just Trump's stupid ass. shyt is crazy
