His view on ownership in that interview (the 0% and no blacks in champagne quote) is only valid if you want to make as much money as possible quickly, not build a long-lasting brand or tradition. And that's fine, he's very successful, but 'small percentages now, larger later' isn't a policy absolutely everyone should follow, most of us will not achieve that level of wealth, and we should aim for stable longevity.
