I don't wanna hate on Jay but do any of the high powered entertainment blacks actually own anything other than names. They all starting to look like highly paid employees. They getting bread, but really nothing else in all these "partnerships". Build a factory and make your own shyt

A number of rappers own restaurant franchises and other brick and mortar businesses but they don't like bragging about those even though they like bragging about everything. Which is interesting.
And Jay actually spoke about that, that 2%, 5%, or a bit more of a multi million/billion dollar business is better than 0% of nothing of course but that doesn't stop the kekekeing among some Blacks who actually hate Black economic progress.
Because anyone can have 100% ownership of a unprofitable business but that doesn't count for much. Nor is it worth anything.
Also the concerted white efforts to block Black progress are why it's taken over 350 years for Black billionaires to even exist. So small percentages now, larger percentages later.
