First and foremost this is a deal, Jay-z uses their services to produce different documentary series and movies.

We're talking about a movie like Paid in Full (if it was released today w/ Jay a part of TWC) not being just a great movie and a hood classic, but being recognized by the Hollywood Foreign Press and fighting for an Oscar.
