He got classic mixtapes :yeshrug:
He do but son came out in the era before mixtape albums before shyts was mixed like albums... He got soul tape and stuff like that but the album legacy matter. He just like Jadakiss and underachiever for his level of talent.

Dudes don’t treat jay like a peer they treat him like he is a god. I understand meek because he grew up under jayz era. But fabulous is like 41 and was making records that was competing with jay. I

.Fab was never ever Jay peer..by the time he was making records "that were competing with Jay" as you say..Jay had already dropped RD, Vol 1 and 2, 3, established Rockerfeller and was headlining one of the largest tours EVER in rap history

Fab has always looked up to Jay, no different than Meek, no matter their ages..

Why are rappers such fangirls for Jay? shyt is weird
Jay Z is the 2nd best rapper ever and he's one of the best business men to ever do it. He's everything most rappers aspire to be... They grew up listening to him, he's still relevant, he isn't bitter about the success of other's and he's not corny. Yeah, they're going to be a little giddy, everyone isn't too cool to be a fan.

This is what I’m talking about jay won’t no real hustler like that. But dudes acting like he was some kingpin.

Huh? That's not the fukking point. The point is here made it from a street hustler to the top of the top. That is the hustler dream. Seems like you don't even understand what you're arguing, breh...

My point is jay was not this street hustler that turned his money clean and now is at the top.
Jay was a successful rapper that made smart business choices.

You really believe Jay Z didn't clean money? You are aware of the money he had before Reasonable Doubt came out right? I'm not saying he was a kingpin. But he clearly had a lot of money before rap.

Furthermore that's irrelevant. He is a hustler who is now worth nearly a billion dollars (allegedly). If you can't see why he is the top tier hustler dream/icon I can't help you.
:gucci:

He is everything Meek, Ross, Pusha, etc want to be.

No I don’t think jay turned street money into a billion. Cam is some that looks up to jay but he don’t worship him.
