This is an interesting case. I think they had a morality clause in the licensing agreement and they are arguing that it was not used for a moral purpose (misogyny, cursing etc) and thus is a violation of the agreement.

The judge already ruled that discussion of lyrics would cause jury prejudice so that's irrelevant.

The heir is probably looking for a huge come up ....this never should have gotten to trial

I thought he ruled that they can't play either of the songs in the court because that would prejudice the jurors? Maybe it was both.
