HITS Daily Double : Rumor Mill - NEW RELEASES: JAY IS SMOKIN'

Since the first week after a Tidal exclusive will count as its debut, here's how it's looking for Jay-Z's new 4:44 as it goes wide, and a couple of other new releases.

Jay-Z (Roc Nation/Def Jam) 250-275k SPS, 150-175k album
21 Savage (Slaughter Gang/Epic) 50-60k, 10-15k
HAIM (Columbia) 26-31k, 23-28k

4:44 is parked at #1 on the iTunes album chart at present, followed by HAIM and 21 Savage. Jay also has the top album and seven of the Top 10 tracks at Apple Music, and both the #1 CD and the #1 download on Amazon. As we previously noted, the set isn't currently available on Spotify.

Basically double that number at the very least if not more since the first week "doesn't count" lol

Which I think they need to change that rule also because first week numbers doesn't count because it was tidal exclusive? So. Ow 2nd week forward counts?

Now don't get me wrong those are huge numbers for a damn 2nd week lol which ain't even a full week since the album dropped on a Friday but still those numbers should be counted towards "available everywhere" week

Read an article said the album was illegally downloaded over a million times that weekend also which is nuts

It makes them sick a 47 years old rapper can sell like this or be a topic of conversation in a "young mans game"



While this "new rappers" can't break 45k with streams and hard copy's

Is an Instagram handle that posts throw back pictures of Brooklyn dudes Harlem dudes etc.. from the 80-90's

So the person running the account posted some pictures of jay z and dehaven

Dehaven use to sell drugs with jay back in the day and allegedly was arrested and snitched on some people

So when the account posted the jay and devahen pictures dehaven himself started talking shyt in the comments for the pictures


So when jay says

"'all be talkin' crazy under them IG pictures
So when you get to hell you tell 'em Blanco sent ya"

He's dissing dehaven for talking shyt under the IG pictures posted on the tellemblancosentya Instagram account
