Ima Former Kendrick stan going back to his C4 Wayne days so miss me with the shyts, his music used to be closer to what yg puts out so stop.

Being "conscious" does not mean you're PRO BLACK and/or anti-anything.
If just means you're COGNIZANT or CONSCIOUS of what's going on around you.
Speaking on street life, drugs, gang banging, prostitution and so on is being CONSCIOUS.
That isn't a LIE,it's your misunderstanding of what being a "Conscious" rapper is.

:dead: @ Conflating being socially conscious with being "Pro black".
There are people who touch on those very same topics but don't take a "Pro black" stance.
Some Gangster Rappers for instance can point out those things and inject consciousness into
their content while also being for themselves and not for black people in general.

Check my post history, I'm pretty often shytting on just about any review source
and that's mainly because they seem to review Hip-Hop as a day job, not a fan.

Making it possible to download the album for free on Tidal (without a subscription) had something to do with the high numbers. Just to put it in context. Great accomplishment though and I guess smart move.
