This gif perfectly describes my feelings after listening. Some cold shyt here. Grown man, honest, music. Jay in top form lyrically, and the production fits those lyrics. Can't complain about anything really :manny:

Love the album. This is the Jay-Z I want to hear in 2017. I'm glad he didn't try to sound like the current wave of new artists to fit in. No I.D came correct with the production.
I got nothing to add.

These are my sentiments exactly.

I hope older rappers take note.

fukk that trap shyt. That's for the young cats.

I've listened to it about 3 times already today, wanted to listen to it a few times before I gave my opinion.

I liked it, it wasn't great but definitely better than magna carter. I feel like he used Nas LIG template and tried to outdo it but that's not really Jays lane.

I felt like the album started off pretty weak but after Bam it picked up. I wasn't really feeling family feud and 4:44, but he killed marcy and moonlight. Clearly he took shots at these new rappers to come out within the past few yrs and I feel the same he does, I have no idea who is who anymore.

Solid solid album. I give it 4 mics

Lyrically on this album, this is the Hov i've been begging for, for years.
yet production wise :rudy:this album is ight. it ain't bad, but it ain't the best . the production on MCHG was impeccable, them beats on MCHG :gladbron:,too bad Hov wasted them with his lifeless bars and empty flows.. Hov bars on Picasso baby:scust:.

DAMN is still album of the year for me>>

There were like 4 good beats on there, 2 of which the songs were barely a minute long. Overall, that album was forgettable as hell

And also the nerve of Jigga to diss Kanye, one of two producers who help make his career what it is by providing classic beats. Jigga smartly rode the wave of Kanye enough to do an whole album but now Kanye kinda cooled off it's ok to diss him.

And Kanye did throw shots first but it was justified. I told jigga I did a song with Coldplay. Next thing I see He did a song with Coldplay....
