I remember when Young Guru was saying in an interview (was it HiphopDx I think?) that after verses, Jay would ask him, 'what do you think? Did I add enough tricks to it?'
Seems like he just went fukk it for this one.

Side note: This album somewhat feels how most people wanted Yeezus to be, and by that I mean a return to soulful instrumentals + social commentary.
