I like Damn a lot and it grew on me but I'm not the biggest Kendrick fan

While Kendrick can "spit" I feel like at times it's too try hard or he gets too over the top and goofy with flows or voices which kills the entertainment of a song imo

Jay showed on here that he can destroy lyrically while at the same time being smooth and and saying it with much more clarity and less pretentiousness then someone like Kendrick

While jay's sh1t can be just as complex as Kendrick or anyone lyrically he can do it in a much more digestible and natural way then others which separates him imo
