I doubt there is much profit from the sale of this building. It was initially purchased in cash (foolish). They spent a couple hundred thousand in renovations. Failed to generate any rental income over the years. Scam master J took out a 7 figure mortgage on the property recently. And now the property has been sold.

Once the balance of the mortgage is paid off along with expenses (attorney and realtor compensation, closing costs, prorated taxes and insurance), there is unlikely to be much left.

But let’s assume the fund made $1 million from the sale in profit. The fund is set up so that Scam Master gets 50% of the profits off top. So $500k. The 15,000 investors would then split the remaining $500k resulting in each individual getting a check for $33.33…
