bruh....This is an inaccurate statement. If the info in the video is true/correct, then $500k of “investor” money went to paying management fees and operating costs. It didn’t go towards any real estate project/investment. In other words, $500k in expenses that will generate no return.
$500k is equal to 1000 “investors” who paid $500 each. So in essence, The fund currently can’t afford to pay back 1000 people who put up $500 each. I would consider that to be a loss.
The fund currently has to generate revenue/equity growth to the tune of $500k just to break even based on the management fees alone. Those 1000 people will be lucky to ever see a dime of their initial donation back.
Wait till everyone tries to pull out all their money at once

I can't speak to Jay's intentions but I can say the way he went about trying to help the community was terrible. He set himself and all his donators (not investors) up for failure. But instead of saying he messed up you want to double down on that failure and reward him for it
These are the people you should be watching out for. They are the reason the Black community is targeted because they have a misplaced loyalty and are quick to shout down any criticism of people who charm their way into their lives and pockets.
