:ohhh:
How do you know somebody black reported him?

If the report was valid doesn’t that mean it was bad business?

With that being said, should we allow people to take advantage of the community because they are black and have status?
Because cacs don't give a fukk about this. And the same people did the same shyt to Dr.Umar and reported him saying he was trying to pass himself off as a Doctor/psychologist and he never got a Phd.

SEC Concludes Investigation into the Tulsa Real Estate Fund and Fund Manager Jay Morrison
No Enforcement Action Recommended.

(Black PR Wire) East Point, GA /Newswire/ -- Tulsa Real Estate Fund (TREF), the first African-American owned Regulation A+ Tier II crowdfund designed to revitalize urban communities across the U.S., announced today that it is in receipt of a letter from the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) concluding their investigation into the Tulsa Real Estate Fund with no enforcement action.

On March 7, 2019, the company issued a Form 1-U announcing that it and Jay Morrison were named in a grand jury subpoena from the Department of Justice and a civil subpoena from the Securities and Exchange Commission, each seeking documents and other information concerning the company and fund operations.

As of July 29th, 2019, the company received correspondence from the Department of Justice concluding its criminal investigation with no findings. The correspondence from the Department of Justice reported that there will be no further investigation at this time.

As of May 27, 2020, the company received correspondence from the SEC concluding its investigation stating, “Based on the information we have as of this date, we do not intend to recommend an enforcement action by the Commission against Tulsa Real Estate Fund, LLC.”

“While we realize that we must in no way construe the conclusions as indicating that we have been “exonerated”, we are very pleased with the documented investigative conclusions by the Department of Justice and the SEC into the Tulsa Real Estate Fund,” stated Jay Morrison, CEO and Founder of the Tulsa Real Estate Fund. “We cooperated fully with both the DOJ and the SEC investigations that led to no findings and no enforcement action, respectively; and we consider this justice for us and our more than 15,000 pledged investment partners worldwide.”

All this confirms is that Jay and the TREF was compliant with the investigation and thus no further action was needed.

You could tell all this from the dozens of deleted youtube and instagram videos and his complete tone change in that live stream from a few months back

What does it mean..... has anyone gotten money back yet.

No they can't get their money back as it was an investment, what the investors are asking for however, are their ROI's

Jay and TREF have been limiting comments on social media and outright deleting entire videos when people in the comments get too rowdy about this subject

i've posted evidence of this just like I can right this second, but every time I do its:

Why are people heating in the man? His operation is legit.

The only thing raising my eyebrow is they used to have the properties they invested in on the website. Now I don’t see them.

I’m slightly interested but I only see k1 and no updated financials.

it proves what I've been saying from the beginning which is that tref's paperwork is squeaky clean

like I've been saying anybody that claimed that they read the sec paperwork and could tell it was a scam is 100% full of shyt

before it starts, yes, this does not prove tref is not scam but it does prove that the people saying they knew it was a scam by reading the sec documents were bullshytting

tref is a high risk investment, you may or may not get your money back but it is not a scam, it's a completely legitimate business

:mjlol: And here's the nikka who ran from direct questions talking about people moving goalposts.

shall I post the receipts?

We've already established that you are dyslexic and you have an inability to comprehend. Just a few pages ago you thought the fund was closing even though I and another poster had to walk you through that it wasnt.

I just don't have the time or energy to dedicate to you tonight. :yeshrug:

I didn't even bother past this bullshyt...I posted the wording from their own web site

but I clearly see that TREF just shut down the crowd funding and re-vamped their business strategy...why lie when it's up there for anybody to read? :heh:

your problem is that every time i've posted tweets, youtube video comments and receipts - you run like a bytch. you really wanna lie and say you don't? :sas2:
