How is it a scam if it’s legal and everything is disclosed in a prospectus? At some point, investors need to be accountable and do their diligence. Jay Morrison is a shytty investor and greedy, but none of this was hidden.Just cause its legal doesn't mean its not a scam. Legally a loan company based on a an Indian reservation can get away with charging you 300% interest. That's a scam. but its legal.

The one thing I never liked about dude was how he marketed himself. Just completely unprofessional.
What would be the point of that? Low six figures (some of the 450 went towards admin expense and staff) is small potatoes compared to potential millions from his 50% profit share. It's a scam cause he never intended to run a profitable fund. His goal from day 1 was to line his pockets as much as possible and exit and shut down the fund when convenient. His intentions wont be in the prospectus.. but its clear from his actions what his intent is. He is paying himself half a million a year while intentionally doing the bare minimum to keep the fund running.
Sadly, it’s a lot of the black poor and lower middle class that fall for it. They fall for it due to their worshipping of money. It’s understandable, because when you have nothing or not much at all, you see someone who’s got it or appears to have it, and think that person has the formula. It saddened me to see the comments of those individuals saying they were going to use their stimulus checks to “hop on this” and it angered me to say the Jay Morrison ads targeting those less than fortunate individuals, because he knows money is coming in. It’s why he’s on all social media platforms now talmbout 50% Jay Morrison academy tutorial lessons. He’s a snake, and his wife is one too. Economic hardship is the leading driver in poor decisions in our community. It leads us to being scammed or taken advantage by these Jay Morrison characters, and it leads us to following behind these false prophets.Bruh, the strong move quiet. If I have to tell you I’m balling , flossing, doing it big and you can’t tell that I’m big league then somethings wrong. Also, just because YOU rich doesn’t mean you can make ME rich! Who falls for that bulkshyt? It’s a juvenile mindset. High school bullshyt. Like the airheads who followed a guy because he drove a Benz or Bimmer . Ok you got money but if you really trying to get poor black people money on your status then show us. Don’t talk me to death about it! But oh...wait! You a convicted felon? Oh you did hard time? Mf I’m out like speedy Gonzales
How much would that get you in profit? (Estimate)Could've used that $500 to buy 30 call options for American Airlines today with a strike price of $30, and expiring in August, it would've cost $420, based on the aftermarket, I am pretty sure they would've been up at least 40% tomorrow.
If my math is correct, it should be $168 in profit. It might not seem like a lot, but it can turn into thousands if the stock continues to rise with all these bailouts. How much would that get you in profit? (Estimate)
Cant trust any nikka that uses black buzzwords to name their investment group or company etc.

You don’t have to be an expertise in finance to trick a lot of us into these schemes. You just have to look the part, and appear to know what you’re talking about. Jay Morrison is a slick talker, and to those untrained, appear to know what he’s talking about. I’ll never forget going to one of those World Ventures conferences for one of my boys, as he was involved in it. Nothing but black folks attending them trying to get rich. They never did.
