If the music drops and it's fire, or more importantly in this day and age pushed right and eveywhere then people will be back to fukking with him in an instant.
No-one really hates Jay like that, they are frustrated and annoyed he didn't drop the album, but some other artists also took a long ass time then people fukked with their debut, an example would be Saigon.
Jay has the advantage that it would still be in Roc Nation, there could be a Jay Z collab on there potentially or some work with J Cole or a bunch of people , it's all about the buzz, if no-one cared at all this wouldn't be news, but he's still kept himself relevant enough with some of the feature work to where people know him plus what he has dropped every now and then has been fire.
I won't lie, I'm still anticipating his shyt, I also know how this shyt can work, sometimes shyt can take ages and come out, sometimes it never does, I think he mentioned he's contractually obligated to make that release so hopefully it will come. But if it don't I'mma still fukk with what he has put out, but dude so talented he could be a top 10 of all time, but he's nowhere near that yet due to lack of material...
