It's a tough one man, as much as we want some people to be great when born with god given talent, you see it in real life often, people self sabotage, they don't have the work ethic or can't beat the demons... with Jay Elec I think he perhaps cannot think structured enough to pull off an album without beating himself up... hes a weird mind. You're right, Hov literally had to step in to make it happen.. luckily it's come out beautifully so far..
