Oh damn gonna check this out tomorrow then since it’s getting late.
One thing I don’t get is Jay (Z not E) said the reason for the hold up with “Act 2” was there was no song that was single worthy. But listening to this live stream, it didn’t sound like there were any either. That Hit Boy/Swizz joint didn’t sound like any sure shot single. It sounded more like some street sh*t.
I’m glad this album is dropping but I hope one day we get a proper release of “Act 2” also. Or else this could be Dre promising “Detox” and then releasing “Compton”.
(For the record, I’m in the minority that loves “Compton”.)
