Okay and? That character has since then changed to something completely different under different writers. Thats usually what happens to comic character. No one person truely "owns" the character but the publishing company who dont even write the character. Black Panther can be some stereotypical tribal African and the next minute he can be some leader of a futuristic advance nation.
