He's back.

Mans really went on a three year excursion to the US because he was tired of being stuck in the Junior Heavyweight division, just to immediately get out into a bootleg Best of the Super Juniors, cap out at winning the Cruiserweight title, and come back to start a program for the Junior Heavyweight title.

And not too long after he leaves, NJPW says fukk it, and lets a bunch of Junior Heavyweights get in the mix with the Heavyweights. :dead:

Where's the Sanada stan to come up with a long shot fantasy booking scenario were dude wins it? :heh:

Listen - as someone who has been :russ:for years about the 'Zzzanada' meme and his :unimpressed:demeanor and who also laughed at jokes about him looking like the butler in that one flick of LIJ where everyone was suited up with belts apart from him, I have to say I had a legit :ohhh:moment when I watched one of his recent matches and he actually emoted. :leon:
With that said - I am also down to read and chuckle at Sanada fanfic :obama::sas1::pachaha:

fukking :scust: at the G-1 blocks. The only one worth a damn is C block

Can't wait to see the fukkery of Yano vs all those big men in Block A. Gonna be a few highly physical matches in that block.

D block definitely the weakest. Ospreay and Shingo should likely run thru that and compete for block winner.

C block prolly the most wide open field. Henare the biggest longshot, and maybe Kenta after but not as much.

B block might end up being the most surprising one.

They’re switching up the G1 format?
4 blocks of 7. Here's the block schedules.

8 matches last night and then the semifinals and then the finals. Got some new people in but nobody big. Wish they would've used more aew stars other than Lance who's been there before.

Lance raised his profile being in a G1 so I'm wondering can he earn more clout for his 2nd tournament?
