I get they set up KENTA/Tanahashi yesterday but during the G1 there seemed to be a better story there when Juice Robinson defeated KENTA. Also would be a subtle story about both men escaping their failed careers in WWE/NXT and revitalize themselves in NJPW.

Maybe they're saving that story for WK.

Tana abs mask?:dame:

I have no idea why ZSJ gets to face Yano over anyone else. Should have used that match to have Suzuki-Gun face Goto, Ishii and Yoshi-Hashi for the Never Open Weight tags.

They're throwing that match into one of the Road to shows

Yuji Okabayashi is the NEEEWWW BJW Strong Heavyweight Champion :birdman:

He's facing Sekimoto at Big Japan big Osaka show in November. Let's see if they can finally pull off a great match against each other :feedme: @TheGodling

Daichi and Kamitani won the tag league so they are most likely challenging Astronatus at that show too :ohlawd:

Oh, and Aoki lost the Jr. Title and announced he's FINALLY moving up to heavyweight :blessed:

The revisionist history :picard: :scusthov:

Naito was questioned after he won the G-1 and the failed push he got. But dude was always seen as a future main eventer and the real prospect out of NO LIMIT. Dude made the G-1 Finals at 29 and in his only second entry in the tournament. And the 2012 Anniversary title match with Okada was basically made to push the idea they were the future of the company.

SANADA's story has absolutely nothing to do with that.

I expected more from Charlton :francis:

Saw AJ/NJ are doing a joint Baba show in February. I'm sure there won't be any significant singles matches or anything, but this is probably the last chance to do Tana/Kento and have it be the match you would want out of them.

Would be dope but at least we already got them facing against each other in the last Baba memorial show :manny:. I wont complain if they get another tag match but I doubt we'll see something different from the 2019 match which was really fun, specially because Tana had chesmistry with both Kento and Sekimoto.

I have a better idea. Why don't Jay White retires and dedicated his life to charity? That suits him better.
