I guess they can train or send NXT/FCW guys and give some tryouts in return?
That's what I'd like to see happen.
Sending some of their greenhorns to Japan could be highly beneficial for the WWE roster.

How when they cant even work that style in WWE? Would have been better suited for New Japan than All Japan. Its closer in similarity
I think the experience would still be invaluable though. The training guys get in the dojos just seems to be that much better.
I mean almost all of the best workers on the roster have that international pedigree. They may not be wrestling the same style they did overseas, but they'll take what they learned across the globe and apply it to their trade in the E.

Notes from 9/23 All Japan
The main event was apparently off the charts but Suwama and Funaki always bring it against one another. The big development is as Suwama was leaving ringside, Chono left from his commentators seat, whispered something in Suwama's ear, and headed backstage together . What was said? What will this mean? Maybe we can find out on 10/7 as Chono is scheduled to be at Korakuen and it will be airing live!
After the main event Takao Omori immediately challenged Funaki, and Funaki agreed. Funaki says he has sealed Suwama's "Controversy Ace" era and now it is the era of Funaki, the "Mortal Combat Ace" and would protect All Japan against any and everyone.
All in all a pretty successful show, Jr. Title really captured the fans, the Tag Title bout was bad, and the nWo tag was nostalgia.

If Taka doesn't bring it against Naito this time round he needs to be in the bushes forever.
Nice name of the era Im actually interested in a Takao Omori singles match. I believe this is a first. Havent cared about dude since No Fear.
