Somebody needs to do a documentary on dude :ohlawd:

The closest thing we got was that shyt from VICE wrasslin show that had DDT on it.

Someone could make an amazing 'Exit Throught The Gift Shop' style doc on Ibushi, where no-one is really sure if half the shyt in it is for real or some sort of elaborate prank. :wow:

Like I could see a scene where he'll be showing the camera crew around the Ibushi Institute and he opens one door and Yoshihiko, the blow up doll is sitting at a dinner table with a family of blow up dolls, for a freshly cooked meal and Ibushi just turns to the camera like "Yoshihiko was down on her luck, so I gave her and her family a place to stay :ehh:" before closing the door and continuing the tour as if that was completely normal.

Are these shows they're doing down south gonna be streamable on njpwworld or are these just house shows?

I'm trying to watch all the new NJPW events but I'ma be honest...this shyt is OVERLOAD...

I just watched every "Fantastico" show...and now they got these Southeast shows coming up this week. They got a show basically every day. They even got a show in Tennessee right before the Royal Rumble.

They're even running dual house shows the day after the Royal Rumble. And the one in the U.S. starts right when RAW starts :heh:.

I wanna see all this great NJPW content....but I kinda DONT wanna see all this sheit.

I'm watching RAW/SD/Impact/AEW/Dark/ROH too...it's too much wrasslin' goin' on...and I'm tryna watch it all. :shaq2:

The key to watching NJPW is to skip all "Road To..." shows. I would argue you can skip their US shows and also most of Fantasticamania

It's crazy. I was looking at their schedule for January-February.....their schedule looks WAY more hectic than WWE's....but yall seem to not think they ever get stale. :ehh:

I might take your advice...but I always get this FOMO feeling when I don't watch wrestling that's available.

I might just have to throw some other TV shows in the bushes for this. :yeshrug:

Really it's whatever you feel like. Some people on other forums will mention that they only watch singles or 2 on 2 matches on any show while others like to watch the Young Lions develop so they watch every match they put out.

I should mention though that the average fan in Japan never even sees the "Road To" events because cable and streaming aren't big deals over there. So they are more so bonuses than required watching.

You must not be reading the same thread because this place has more criticisms for NJ's repeat matches and Gedo's never ending redemption arc bookings that lead to everyone in the top 10 or so getting the same booking pattern for YEARS at a time than probably any place online that I've seen.

Shota fans furious his WK 18 coronation was delayed over Ibushi finally getting over the hump :wow:

Sheeeeeiiiit. Shota gotta wait in line behind Oka Tha Gawd and the Toa Henare Forever Reign. Homie finna be a solid 40 before he even gets his first heart breaking loss in the G1 Final. :russ:

To be fair though, I think Oka and Henare will be EVIL status :heh:
