Couple of weeks ago it was reported that WWE wanted to buy NOAH to use it as NXT Japan. They also wanted Stardom. Both negotiations fell through but it was also reported they wanted Meiko Satomura as head trainer for women and Sekimoto (as they were exploring options with other promotions once NOAH said no, Big Jspan included) for the men
